Why Play This Way?
Practicing yoga is a wonderful way to bring calm to your mind through the use of your body. For young children, yoga can also provide increased body confidence and may be used to quiet the mind in an often overwhelming world. We love the idea of adding yoga and guided meditation to your little one’s toolbox as a form of independent self-regulation.
