guess that sound

Tune into nature

Why play this way?

This guessing game, using sounds from nature, is a wonderful way for little ones to strengthen their listening skills. It helps them appreciate the subtleties of their environment while building auditory awareness in a playful way. Mimicking sounds with their bodies adds a creative twist, encouraging imaginative thinking–just like Benjamin who connected the sounds of thunder to his own heartbeat. This activity also nurtures mindfulness, helping children feel more grounded and present in their surroundings.

Looking forward to gifting these again!
"I have always gifted books at birthdays and these felt like a natural extension of the gifts I already give. It's nice to also be able to give my friends something that comes with additional activities they may not have thought to do."
