SET THE STAGE FOR PLAY: 3 Minutes
Adult Participation: Required
Letter S Freeze Dance
- Grab a stack of Post-its, index cards, or small scraps of paper and write a letter on each one. You can include any letters you want, but be sure to write the letter S on at least 5 of them.
- Spread the letters all around the room.
- Then, hit play on this LᐧMᐧNᐧOᐧPlay!List and dance around until the music is paused.
- When the music stops, everyone must find and touch a letter S.
- Now, press play again, and repeat!

Play "Simon Says"
- Use “S” action words such as:
- Sit down, stand up, skip, smile
- Slither like a snake, scooch along the floor
- Stretch to the side, sneeze
- Pretend to smell something stinky
- Sway/swing your arms
- Swish your hips, spin in a circle
- Pretend to swim, pretend to sleep
- Slide your back down a wall, sing a song
- Spread your arms wide, skate across the floor
- Don’t forget to mix it up now and then by NOT saying “Simon Says!”
